Supported Employment

Under the guidance of a Job Coach, Mill Road Social Enterprises offers employment opportunities to clients who have interest and ability. These opportunities may take place on-site in our social enterprises or off-site in businesses around our community.

THANK YOU to our supportive community businesses!

We are so happy with the positive impact Mill Road Social Enterprises has had on our daughter. She enjoys working in the BAKERY and the CLOSET. She also looks forward to the variety of events offered that she can participate in.

Our Programs

Our mission is to provide innovative, ability-focused services in a respectful environment. At present, there are 30 participants in a wide range of programs at Mill Road Social Enterprises.

Participants work with an experienced instructor to develop an Individual Service Plan (ISP) based on their individual needs and interests. Programs are developed to meet skill and behavioural goals and that are determined, in part, by a skills assessment.

Mill Road Social Enterprises is a blessing to me. My daughter has a plan; she knows where she's going and what she's doing every day. If Mill Road SE wasn't here we couldn't live here. Everyone is so good to her. It's like she's part of a big family.
